We are a Polish company established in 2014. We are active in two areas: IT services and outsourcing of IT teams and professionals, as well as HR outsourcing, supported by temporary labor services.
We successfully support the development of companies, Polish and international, regardless of their size or industry.

About us
In the IT area, we are pursuing the Integrator 2.0. strategy, based on services provided in the 360 model, consolidated under 6 business pillars: Software Development, Body/Team Leasing, IT Infrastructure, Innovation, Performance (Digital Marketing) and Commerce Transformation. We implement complex IT projects: dedicated systems built by our developers, infrastructure management and user support services, as well as business process modeling and digitization projects based on BPM platforms.
We have expanded our range of services to include HR outsourcing. We have a highly qualified team and tools to ensure a high standard of services.
We guarantee an innovative technological approach through, for example, the ability to automate and robotize processes in HR and other business areas of the client.
Both areas are supported by an in-house recruitment team, providing our clients with access to high-level IT professionals and various other employees.
As one of the key companies responsible for the Body/Team Leasing area, we provide access to the knowledge and skills of individual IT specialists or entire project teams. We are responsible for skills verification and selection according to the project needs and requirements. Nowadays, we often hire additional specialists and create a team suited to each client, not only from the broadly defined field of IT. We take full responsibility for the area of employee recruitment, so that our customers can focus on what is most important for them - their business.

We comprehensively maintain dedicated teams, implementing the Client's HR policy in these teams. We focus on maintaining and developing teams which enable our Clients to focus on developing their business.
Modern Workplace & Cloud Services
Working securely from anywhere, on any device - productivity tools improve the quality and efficiency of your team. Companies need to provide such options to employees, while also protecting important business assets from external threats. This fundamental operational change has been experienced in recent months by virtually every industry and every customer. We build our solutions on Microsoft 365, MS Teams and BPM technologies, further supported by Microsoft Azure platform solutions.
Support & Integration Services
A wide range of IT sytem maintenance services, which include system environments (physical and virtual) and user support. A dedicated team supports Polish and foreign clients in a 24/7 model. Based on our experience, we assist clients in the selection of new solutions and support them in the implementation and integration of new technologies into their existing IT environments.
Software Development
Cost-effective services covering the entire software development cycle - from business analysis, through technical design to implementation, training and maintenance of the implemented system. Our development team consists of high-class specialists with many years of experience in building dedicated applications based on the latest technologies and application platforms.
Digitalization of business processes
WEBCON and Low Code development is the answer to various business-related issues. It is the right solution for every company that knows its goals and wants to grow. We offer cost-effective services in the development, optimization and implementation of custom business processes. Permanent Recruitment
The permanent recruitment service we offer allows our clients to avoid difficulties with finding employees.
We take an individual approach to each of our clients. We support them in the area of employment law, we run dedicated campaigns, followed by qualification tests, as well as initial training.
The Try&Hire option means recruitment and employment by Euvic Services until the tested and experienced Employee is hired directly by the Client.
Temporary Work
Temporary work ensures flexibility of employment by matching staffing needs with the current volume of orders or business plan. It eliminates the problem of labor shortages.
It offers to take over employee recruitment and reduce the cost and time required to recruit employees in a difficult job market. It unburdens the HR and payroll department by leaving the handling of HR and payroll of employees to the employment agency.
It removes the barrier of legal ambiguity, inconsistency and instability, and the uncertainty of the overall economic situation.
Personnel outsourcing
Among the biggest advantages of this form of cooperation is undoubtedly the reduction of costs of servicing activities lying outside the main area of activity of the company, while maintaining the continuity of execution of the company's core tasks. It means maintaining the planned levels of employment and minimizing turnover.
Thanks to outsourcing, our client can concentrate their own resources on the strategic tasks of the company and also transfer full responsibility for the process to the outsourcing service provider (ensuring the continuity of the process, its quality, legal aspects).

Achievements
In 2021 we entered for the first time the TOP200 ranking of the IT industry, organized by Computerworld Poland. Being ranked 4th in Poland in the category of " The largest increase in employment in 2020" is a great acknowledgement of our success in the development of personnel outsourcing services within the Euvic Group. Itis a source of pride for us and a reason for working even harder. Making our debut, we were listed in 19 more categories.
In the 2022 ranking of business performance for 2021, Euvic Services was again classified in 19 categories. We took:
- 8th place in Poland in the "Largest providers of solutions and services for the telecommunications sector" category.
- 17th place in the "Largest providers of IT staff hiring services" category.
- 19th place in the "Highest Employment" category.
The positions we have achieved are the result of consistent development of specialist ousourcing services. This dynamic development began in 2020 and is still continuing.

Tomasz Laszuk
CEO
President of the Management Board of Euvic Services, a graduate of IT studies at the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Natural Sciences and Humanities (UPH) in Siedlce, Postgraduate Managerial Studies in Strategic Enterprise Management at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in Warsaw and Executive MBA at the Faculty of Management at Warsaw University. He has been developing and managing entities in the IT industry for more than 20 years. He has completed numerous courses and training in management and IT and has extensive practical knowledge supported by numerous certificates - ITIL, PRINCE2, and PROSCI.
